SCHOOLS - TEACHERS - STUDENTS: PO's accepted, but all orders are prepaid (details)
Regular shipping schedule:
Orders are shipped within 2 business days (M-F) from order date, same day if we
can. UPS Next- & 2nd-Day orders shipped same or next day. Priority
Mail orders are not treated as rush orders.
Drop ship items: (see individual
product page): Allow additional processing & production time in
addition to transit time. Vermont Dory (VT) 14 - 21 days with name, 5
days without name. Other rocking toys (MN): 1 - 4 days, from MN. Pedal
Cars (CA) except Kettler. Kettler Trikes & Go-carts ship promptly
from Turnertoys in VT or with 2-day processing from VA. Sleds (CO): 3 days. Dollhouses (VT): 3 days.
Furniture, Kitchens, Play Centers: Guidecraft (MN) - 1 to 3 days; Little
Colorado(CO) - 5 to 10 days. Art Table, Easel, Unit Block sets T5, T10,
Individual Blocks (MN): 2-4 days.

1) EVERYTHING ON TURNERTOYS.COM IS IN STOCK AND READY TO SHIP unless
listed as out-of-stock.
FREE UPS GROUND SHIPPING FOR ORDERS
OVER $150.00 TO 48 CONTINENTAL UNITED STATES.
2) UPS shipment requires a numerical street address. USPS shipments: make
sure mail is actually delivered to the address you provide us.
Check address
carefully: address corrections and rerouting may result in additional charges up
to $10.00, applied to your credit card.
Please either 1) Ship to your workplace 2) make sure someone is at home to
receive parcel or 3) provide/indicate secure drop place (porch, doorman,
neighbor, garage,
concealed/private back door area). Turnertoys is not responsible for stolen or
lost parcels.
3) You will receive a tracking number from UPS (UPS shipments only) IF you
provided an accurate email address. Please try this method of tracking
order before calling us. Check your email in-box frequently. Please
email (please do not call) us if you have not received a tracking number.

such as a birthday party, please
tell us when you must have your order, or the date of the event (in

6) LARGE ITEMS THAT ARE DROP-SHIPPED - TRANSIT TIMES ARE FROM POINT OF SHIPMENT,
NOT VERMONT. Pedal cars: CA;
Wood Rockers: MN, Doll houses: VT; Furniture & Kitchens: MN
(Guidecraft), CO (Little Colorado). Each item is listed with its shipping location.
If you live in a nearby state, transit may be faster.

These items are made to order.
Allow at least an extra 5 days delivery.
***Vermont Dory Rocking Boat: Made to order. Add 10 days to transit
time to allow for production, up to 3 additional weeks for orders requesting personalization.
7) Buying for Science Olympiad? - Plan Ahead! Allow time for
delivery, careful construction, testing. We cannot work miracles in the
absence of adequate planning on your part.
Schools/Teachers:
We do not bill - all orders are prepaid (details).

10 days (domestic) or 15 days (Canada), contact us at once. DO NOT WAIT!!!

UPS 1-DAY & 2-DAY is guaranteed to arrive next/second business
day for all 50 states. Saturday delivery is available. UPS picks up Monday - Friday only. (AK, HI must ship UPS 1 or 2 day or USPS Priority
or Express; APO ships USPS Priority Mail ONLY).

USPS PRIORITY MAIL - 1 to 5 days, depends on distance from Vermont, also delivers on
Saturday (but not Dec. 25). USPS Priority Mail is not as easily tracked as UPS, and times
are not guaranteed, but tend to be a little quicker than UPS outside of
the Northeastern states.
USPS
EXPRESS MAIL available for next day delivery on Saturday, Sunday (but not
12/25/05), costs
comparable to UPS Next Day. Specify UPS NEXT DAY in shopping cart [radio
buttons, NOT comments box], and request Express Mail in
comments box. Someone must be present to receive UPS Next Day or USPS Express

Christmas Day delivery NOT guaranteed!
Shipments outside USA (USA addresses include PR, USVI, Guam,
APO/FPO): Additional charges may be added at
time of shipment. Brokerage fees, VAT, etc may be due on
arrival. We will contact you by email for approval of extra charges
before shipping. Please respond promptly.
If you are shipping to any country outside USA or Canada, select ANY
"state/province" in shipping/payment screen, any shipping
method. Just be sure we have complete address, phone, email. We ship USPS Global Express or Priority Mail
only. We will adjust charges afterwards after your approval.
